Instructions for fishing licences in 2006:

Each person who is 18-64 years old and wishes to practise fishing must pay a fishing management fee. The fees (20 euros/year or 6 euros/seven days) are paid to bank account: 166030-101496 (Nordea)
 

Each person who is 18-64 years old and wishes to practice lure fishing must either obtain a permission from the holder of the fishing right or pay the provincial lure fishing fee. The provincial lure fishing fee (27 euros/year or 6 euros/seven days) is paid to the following bank account: Province of Eastern Finland 166030-106610 (Nordea)
